HG is actively seeking a Memberships Manager to take the lead in managing and enhancing our YouTube Membership product. This role is pivotal in creating engaging content and experiences for our members, fostering community interaction, and ensuring the continued growth and satisfaction of our member base.


  • Coordinate monthly member streams, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Devise and write weekly quests for members.
  • Conduct monthly sourcing of topics for member content.
  • Facilitate monthly voting processes for topic selection.
  • Set up showrunners for our members’ stream content creators.
  • Collaborate with thumbnail artists to create engaging thumbnails for member streams.
  • Stay up to date with feedback from the members community.
  • Regularly post updates and engage with members in the YouTube community and members’ discord, answering questions where needed.
  • Coordinate with the HG Community Manager on membership updates, feedback implementation, and user communication.
  • Create and maintain workflows for the team processes

You Have:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent the HG brand effectively.
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in user-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with video streaming platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A mission-driven perspective on product development.
  • A passion for creating tools to improve mental health in the digital age.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in managing online communities, particularly on YouTube.
  • Familiarity with HG content format and ethos and our YouTube membership product.
  • A track record of building, maintaining and iterating on digital products.
  • Experience in app design or development is highly advantageous.
